Why did I buy this? Because I recently purchased the 6″ barrel revolver and absolutely love it. It has a smooth trigger, great balance and great accuracy. I shoot about as well with this as I do with my other firearms that have red-dot or laser sights. I have used standard .38 special loads, and . magnum loads, and would say that recoil is not a factor. Plus, aesthetically, this is just a beautiful revolver. I tried to find one for about six months, and then, luckily, I happened to be browsing on your web page, saw one available and acted quickly! Then a few months later, I saw the gun model and immediately ordered it.
